Heavenly Angel Tutu

The Heavenly Angel costume is truely a heaven sent. Includes a white camisole with silver glitter and little silver bows hand sewn on the front. Genuine feather wings embellished with silver glitter and a tutu made of 9 layers of soft fluffy white tulle subtly decorated with the same darling silver bows hand-sewn within the layers of the fabric. As with all of our tutus; it is sewn using a 54 inch bolt of tulle and an elastic waistband. White satin ribbon sewn around the waist is also standard with this 17 1/2 inch long tutu. Little jingling silver bells attached to the waist are available upon request.
