They are made with layers upon layers upon layers of the softest best quality 54 inches wide tulle. Please note we do not use 6 inch wide strips. ALL tutus come standard with an elastic waistband and sewn-on satin ribbon. Fits newborn to 9 months old. (Waist 12 inches to 20 inches Length 5 1/2inches).
