This Pretty Portrait Tutu comes standard with an elastic waistband sewn-on satin ribbon and coordinating flower embellishments. Perfect for Girls ages seven and up. Waist measures 19 inches to 28 inches while Length measures 26 inches. Available colors include Pink; Lavender; Cream; White; Sand; Chocolate; Brown and Black.
